All articles on this site are written originally by us; program names, facts, and official links are used for informational purposes only. If you believe that content on https://iqracity.org infringes your copyright, we will respond to properly submitted takedown requests in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, email contact@iqracity.org with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you own or are authorized to represent (e.g., the article, image, or other material). 2. Location of the infringing material — the exact URL(s) on iqracity.org where the material appears, plus enough detail for us to find it. 3. Your contact information — full name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and mailing address. 4. Good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. 6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. We review every valid notice we receive.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Make a good-faith effort to notify the party responsible if the content was user-submitted (e.g., a comment).
Keep a record of the notice as required by law.

Please note that filing a false or bad-faith takedown notice can expose you to legal liability.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed as a result of a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to contact@iqracity.org with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice", including:

1. Identification of the material removed and its former URL on iqracity.org. 2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. 3. Your name, email address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or Pakistan, if outside any such jurisdiction), plus a statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant. 4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We do not tolerate repeat infringement. Accounts or contributors who repeatedly post infringing material (for example, via comments) will have their access terminated.
